Is
there a change to the handicap
alowance in singles matchplay
tournaments? I know that it is no longer 3/4 of the difference but full difference in the UK, but is it the same here in Norway? |

As far as I know single match play tournaments are played at a
full handicap allowance, or rather the difference of full
handicap adjusted for Slope. 3/4 handicap (or spillehandicap)
is used in four-ball matches.
This is more a "tournament thing" than a rules matter, but as
much as I know, the above is what the NGF reccommend.
